Event Days
In
addition to our daily schedule of fun filled activities each session will have special
event days throughout the week.
Session
1:
Hawaiian Day - ALOHA! Get your grass skirts and Hawaiian shirts ready for a day of fun. Children will all receive a Hawaiian lei, learn Hawaiian dances, and get a delicious Hawaiian ice treat!
Minute to Win It Day - Our Minute to Win It activities last season were so popular we decided to turn it into a whole day of fun and excitement. Campers will take place in a variety of games and challenges just like they are on the popular Minute to Win It game show!
Session 2:
Wild West Gold Rush Day - Saddle up Partner and come dressed in your best Wild West outfit. Throughout the day you will hear stories, participate in activities as you learn about what it was like in the Wild West. You will even get a chance to head out to the fields and hunt for "Gold Nuggets" Which group will find the most gold and Strike it Rich?!
Session 3:
Wet & Wild Day - Welcome to Water World! Wear your swimsuits and be prepared to get soaked! Water bucket brigade, rubber duck races in our creek, slip and slide and.... water balloons galore are just a taste of what to expect in this wildly wet, water-filled day!
Who's the Next Cake Boss - Everyone loves cake, especially cakes that are decorated to perfection! Today campers will learn some cake decorating techniques that they can use as they create their own masterpiece!
Session 4:
Tie-Dye Day - There is so much you can do with Tie Dye. Today
you will learn different techniques and styles as you tie dye things you bring from
home. Bring items like white t-shirts, socks, and hats and tie dye them into crazy
colors!
Carnival Day - Everyone loves the carnival. On this day you will
get to play in the bounce house, participate in fun carnival games and eat yummy
carnival food like popcorn and cotton candy.
Session 5:
Crazy Hat Day - Time to get creative. Today you will get to show
off your craziest hat. Bring one from home or make your own. We want to see it.
The craziest hats will receive a prize!
Color Day - Its Red vs. Blue as the camp breaks off into 2 teams
for a day of fun competitions. Children will participate in obstacle courses, water
races, team cheer competitions and much more to try and earn points for their team.

Session 6:
Pirate Day - Arr Mateys get yer pirate garb ready for a fun day of pirate games! Get a pirate name, learn to talk like a pirate, take part in a "cannon ball" toss and go on a treasure hunt. Hopefully we won't be needin anyone to walk the plank! Iron Chef Day - Today is all about cooking. Each group will be
given specific ingredients and with the help of their counselor they will have to
create a delicious treat. The final product will be judged by the InspireWorks Directors
to decide which group are the Iron Chefs!!
Session 7:
Make Your Own Sundae Day - What do you like on your ice cream?
Do you like to keep it simple with ice cream hot fudge and sprinkles? Or do you
get a little crazy with your toppings? We want to see all the unique recipes you
put together when you make your own sundae!
Halloween Day - Happy Halloween! Come dressed up in your favorite costumes as we participate in classic Halloween games such as Bobbing for Apples, Scarecrow making, and you even get to make your counselor into a mummy! If you are brave enough campers can also take a walk through our Haunted Halls!
Session 8:
Backwards Day - Everything about today is backwards! Wear your clothes backward, walk backwards, play games backwards (ie, run to 3rd base first in Kick Ball). We will be reversing our schedule too! That means Free Swim before Swim Lessons! You can even eat your dessert before lunch! BBQ Day - No lunch needed for today because the InspireWorks staff
is cooking on the grill for you! Enjoy a delicious lunch filled with hot dogs, salads,
chips, soda juice and desserts
