After School Site Coordinator

The Site Coordinator of InspireWorks Enrichment will oversee all enrichment programs at assigned locations, will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the after school program at his/her assigned locations.  Will supervise a staff of 5-6 Instructors and serve as a liaison between the school, students, parents and the InspireWorks administrative staff.

Qualifications: Experience as a supervisor in an after school setting.  Background in education or related field.  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both with children and co-workers.  Reliable transportation is a necessity.

After School Instructors($25/1 hour class)

InspireWorks Enrichment is currently hiring After School Enrichment Instructors for their Winter session beginning in January for the following classes:

Art, Photography, Cooking, Science, Sewing, Drama, Cheerleading, PE, Choir, Beading, TV Broadcasting, Business/Entrepreneurship, Computers, Engineering, Ballroom Dancing, Cultures, Calligraphy and Cake Decorating. (Also open to other class ideas submitted with application)

Availability: Classes run Monday-Thursday at various locations around Springfield and surrounding towns.  Ideal candidates will be available to teach their subject Monday-Thursday.  Classes begin immediately after school and run for 1 hour.  Start times vary by school but start between 2:00 and 3:30 PM.

Qualifications: Must be punctual and have previous experience working with children. Previous teaching experience and knowledge of subject area is preferred, however training is available for the right candidate. A reliable source of transportation is a necessity.

If you are a responsible person with an enthusiasm for kids and education, this is a fantastic part-time opportunity. Approximate start date for these positions is mid January.
